Family Physician

Type of Remuneration: FFS – Fee For Service. Special rates for full Time positions

About this opportunity

Sage Creek Medical Center is seeking full-time/Part-time Family Physicians to join their collaborative practice. This group practice located in Sage Creek beautiful neighborhoods, and is composed of family physicians and specialists. A busy walk-in clinic provides extra shifts for newcomers, if desired. The clinic also actively is recruiting multiple subspecialties including full time pediatrician, psychiatrists, neurologist, obstetrician…etc. Health care allies; Physiotherapists, Optometrist, dentists and others were practicing across the street from tour clinic. Large indoor pharmacy with wonderful team is opening during the clinic operation hours. The compensation structure is fee for our services and the clinic uses an EMR system, Accuro Medical Software. Insurance and Parking is also provided. Access to the nearby recreational center is also included.

Responsibilities
– Meets the standard of patient care as per the CPSM rules and guideline
Qualifications

– Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (CPSM)

– Certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)- Family physicians

– Certification with the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC)-Specialists

Medical Office Assistant

  • Opportunity Type: Full Time
Requirements
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Previous experience working as a MOA
  • Have excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must be a quick learner, detail oriented and able to multitask
  • Must be fluent in English (both verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR (Accuro) is an asset
  • Able to work in a team environment
Qualifications

Greeting / registering patients and answering phone calls

Scheduling appointments and performing other administrative duties as required

Scanning and faxing referrals and prescriptions

Complete other duties as assigned
