Staff:
All clinic staff self-screen for symptoms daily before coming to work.
If you are seeking medical care for any of the following symptoms, we require you to complete a COVID-19 test before being seen by a doctor:
Test kits are available at the clinic for patients exhibiting symptoms who are seeking an appointment. Please bring your completed negative test cassette to your appointment.
If your COVID test result is positive, you will be offered a phone appointment with a doctor instead of an in-clinic visit.
We appreciate your cooperation and continue to encourage you to follow public health guidelines, including staying home and away from others until you are well enough to resume regular activities.
