Licensing and Certification Requirements for Community Medical Center Jobs at Sage Creek Medical 

To join our team, family physicians must be licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (CPSM). Additionally, certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) is required for family physicians, and certification with the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) is required for specialists. 

Medical Office Assistant Role 

Experience Requirements 

We are looking for experienced Medical Office Assistants (MOAs) who can hit the ground running. Previous experience in a similar role is essential to ensure a smooth transition into our team. 

Key Skills and Qualities 

Successful MOAs at Sage Creek possess excellent communication and organizational skills. They are quick learners, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is a must. 

Job Responsibilities 

Our MOAs are responsible for a variety of tasks, including greeting and registering patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing administrative duties such as scanning and faxing referrals and prescriptions.
